The HGH Releaser pills or commonly known as Human Growth Hormone releaser pills are one of the safest forms of HGH Releasers aside from HGH releaser injections and sprays. Unlike the injections that create serious side effects, the pills do not cause any kind of side effects, which makes them the most sought after supplements. The HGH releaser pills are not a replacement therapy since they are only simulators that aid in stimulating the pituitary gland. For this reason, it improves the HGH production and secretion for a more thorough glandular system.

With a few of the HGH Releaser pills that are clinically endorsed and accepted, GenFX is one that has gained popularity among consumers. GenFX is a non-side effect supplement that is 100% natural. The supplement can also uplift the mood and enhance sleep, strengthens bones and reverse osteoporosis as well as balance blood pressure. Furthermore, HGH Releaser GenFX improves the immune system, lessen age spots and wrinkles and raise mental awareness and memory.

Because the anti-aging tonic is a natural and good health medicine that does not have any side effects, many consumers have used GenFX and have been happy with its effective results. The HGH Releaser pill is manufactured in a GMP-approved lab, which guarantees its high quality. It is also highly recommended by doctors. Dr. Alexis Vazquez, an internal medicine physician from Jacksonville, Florida, has recommended GenFX for people who want to enhance their health and fight against aging.

Technically, HGH is a minute protein substance, made of 190 amino acids. It naturally occurs in the body, secreted by cells called somatotrophs, hence its other name, somatotropin. The cells are found in the anterior pituitary gland, lodged deep inside the brain.

Growth occurs when HGH compels the liver and other organs to release IGF-I, which in turn stimulates the bones to grow. IGF-I is also known to stimulate growth in muscles.

Its eponymous function aside, HGH is responsible for many vital metabolic processes. For one, HGH stimulates protein anabolism in the body. It is just as responsible for stabilizing glucose levels in the blood. Plus, it stimulates breakdown of triglycerides, effectively utilizing fats.

While the body manufactures it for life, HGH could only make someone grow tall for so long. Scientists, fortunately, isolated HGH successfully in 1956. In a milestone, synthetic HGH was first dispensed to children in 1959. By the early 1970s, scientists had identified the structure of the hormone.

In formative years, scientists synthesized HGH from entire pituitary glands, which had to be removed from human cadavers. Genetic engineers changed all that in recent years, relying solely on recombinant DNA technology to ensure an endless supply of synthetic HGH.

HGH supplements are primarily indicated for pathologically stunted children. Growth hormone-deficient children everywhere can take the supplements to increase muscle mass, bone density, or just plainly correct growth retardation.

HGH has gone on to find other uses. In AIDS-infected patients, HGH is used to fend off disease-related muscle wasting.

HGH supplements have different effects for adults who have otherwise grown normally. Athletes take synthesized HGH to artificially increase their muscle mass and enhance their performance. Some studies also found connections between HGH and slow ageing.

Humans aren’t the only ones who benefit from synthetic HGH. The supplements can be administered to cattle to stimulate production of milk.

Five thousand years ago, India started popularizing the practice of yoga, a natural progression of a primordial, spiritual quest for self-realization. Today, the practice hinges less on religious undercurrents than modern conveniences. Considering that yoga is no longer a culture exclusive to India, entrepreneurs worldwide have erected an entire industry around it, from showy yoga mats to fully equipped yoga institutes.

Still, despite the commercial trappings, little has changed in the way yoga is taught. Then as now, yoga is presented as the harmonizing of the body, mind, soul, and the cosmic energy of the universe. True enough, yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word for “union.”

For denser followers, yoga, let alone yoga institutes, merely evokes those boneless poses lately struck by Madonna in her concerts and videos. But yoga is more profound than that.

Its physicality is just but one of yoga’s many aspects. Yoga is prescribed as a complete lifestyle, covering anything from diet to meditation to even the way one thinks.

All the same, the physicality of yoga is what makes it famous. The physical facet of yoga is called hatha. Hatha yoga involves low-impact physical activities, comprised mainly of poses called asanas and breathing techniques called pranayama.

Hatha has many varieties, foremost of which is the Ashtanga yoga. It is singled out for its rapid pace and forceful asanas. Vinyasa or power yoga has also drawn parallels with Ashtanga due to its fast yoga moves.

Bikram is yet another kind of yoga, distinct for its use of heat. This yoga is performed in studios warmed to over 100° Fahrenheit.

Meanwhile, the Iyengar yoga has a telltale penchant for equipment, such as chairs, blocks, and straps. Conversely, restorative yoga is less complicated, its yoga moves relatively simpler.

Gaining popularity is the Kundalini yoga. This particular discipline lets followers chant as they go through their yoga moves.

Whichever type the practitioner likes, yoga parlays many bodily benefits. To the body yoga can impart enhanced flexibility, greater balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, boosted energy, weight control, and an improved immune system, among others. Mentally, yoga can relieve stress and develop intellectual skills.

In light of all these, yoga sticklers have often gravitated to the land where it all began. Indeed, the best yoga institutes are still in India. Here, yoga fans are in the face of wizened yoga teachers, whose knowledge comes directly from the masters.

No hardcore fan of yoga would dare miss the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore. The school is now in the hands of Saraswati Jois, the daughter of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, who is a prodigy of T. Krishnamacharya.

Just as quintessential is the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune. However, this yoga institute only teaches advanced practitioners of the eponymous yoga.

Other than these yoga institutes, one can learn the art in the many yoga retreats strewn across India, including the spas of hotel chains. One need not scale the globe to learn yoga, however. In the comfort of one’s neighborhood, a studio, gym or a YMCA might hold a trained yoga teacher or two.

Agreeably, the best yoga teachers are members of the Yoga Alliance. The organization certifies practitioners who have undergone a minimum of 200 hours in yoga teacher training.

Alternatively, one may choose to self-teach. Hundreds of yoga DVDs and books are available commercially, and although they are no substitute for yoga teacher training, they might be steps nearer to nirvana.

Women with medical illnesses and physical disabilities are faced with the challenge of having a healthy sex life. This, however, is due more to the conditions in which they are received and perceived than by the restrictions brought about by illnesses and disabilities themselves. The following illustrate the plight of these women.

* In our society, women are evaluated by how they meet the standardized measures of beauty and desirability. These projected demands affect a woman’s own perception of her sexuality, and even more so for those who have illnesses and disabilities, according to self-reports.

* Some health care providers assume that women with illnesses and disabilities do not have sex lives or know little about the possibility of sex even when with illnesses and disabilities. These women then are ignored when it comes to information, attention, guidance and planning options, which could have helped them have sex and even get pregnant.

* There is little education and assistance available to women with illnesses and disabilities on how to manage the physical barriers they encounter, such as vaginal dryness, lack of balance, pains in joints, tendency to tire out more quickly, bodily changes as in with weight, pain experienced during sex and the possible effects of medication such as low sexual desire.

Sexual enjoyment is not a privilege. Women who have illnesses and disabilities only need to work around the psychological, emotional, social and physical barriers their conditions present.

* The first step is to acknowledge and accept the illness or disability and all the bodily changes it implies. Only then will you be ready to attack them and work around them.

* Taking care of yourself is essential not only for potential sexual enjoyment but for your medical improvement as well. This includes keeping medical appointments and obligations as well as careful grooming and choosing the right clothes. When you feel more positively about yourself, you also invite a positive regard from other people.

* It is a must that you talk with your partner or potential partner about you and your partner’s ideas about sexuality, sexual needs and desires. You should inform him of what feels comfortable, good, exciting or painful.

* Explore ways in which you can make love other than by sexual intercourse. Not only will this put spice into your sexual life, it will also prove helpful to your condition and thus your sexual enjoyment and romantic relationship.

* Although spontaneity is a plus in relationships, planning is also equally beneficial, especially when this means knowing at which conditions and time of day the two of you are at your best. This will also help you prepare yourself and thus enjoy more, by having adequate time to shower, prepare needed lubricants or vibrators, and avoid conflict with scheduled medication or therapy.

Many women with illnesses and disabilities have healthy sex lives, as well as husbands and children. The most important thing one must achieve in order to have these are an assertive point of view regarding one’s needs and rights to those needs.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDS) are diseases acquired from one person to another through the transmission of blood, semen and other bodily secretions during sexual activity. While some STDs can be cured with specially designed antibiotics, most others such as the HIV, genital herpes, and human papillomavirus are incurable, and imply further diseases and medical conditions such as AIDS from HIV, and other STDs causing infertility or pelvic inflammation.

STDs are a long-standing and increasingly prevalent health concern worldwide and anyone can get it. Needless to say, one can never be too careful when it comes to having protected sex all the time.

Abstinence from sex remains the number 1 prevention against STDs. However, people who have active sexual lives can still do it and be safe. The following points are very important regarding protection from STDs.

Know Your Partner. Before having sex with anyone, whether or not you have known him for a long time, it is most practical to know whether or not he has an STD in whichever stage of the disease. Until he gets it cured (if he does have one), you should not have sex with this person.

Know Yourself. Whether or not you have sex within a monogamous relationship, you must always check your body for signs and symptoms of STDs. If you do have one, you must get professional attention immediately and abstain from sex with anyone until you are sure not to infect them and further spread STDs.

Engage In Sexual Relationships With Only One Person At A Time. When you have more than one sex partner at a time, your chances for acquiring STDs are higher, as well as you spreading infections you may not be aware of. But when you and your partner are exclusive, you can be more secure that you won’t get any STD.

Keep Your Eyes Open For Possible STDs. It will be of great help if you yourself can identify symptoms of STDs, especially when your partner may honestly not know if he has an STD or not. Look out for unusual discharge, or unusual smell, appearance, or consistency of discharge; sores, rashes, itches, blisters and other growths, redness, and swelling in the genital area; as well as pain during urination.

Talk To Your Partner. There is no absolute assurance that you cannot acquire an STD even in monogamous relationship (although the chances are greatly decreased). The advantage of having sex with one persona at a time, however, is that you can be ‘proactive’ about the issue. Discuss safe sex with your partner, including past sexual activities and relationships, possible use of illegal injected drugs, undergoing tests for STD detection, and your options for having protected sex.

Have Protected Sex. Condoms can be very effective protection against STDs especially when used correctly. When using condoms, you must make sure it is in its ideal condition, which is achieved by keeping it away from hot and dry storage; and you must make sure it won’t break during the sexual intercourse by using lubricants that would prevent it from drying up. Keep in mind that the best condoms to use are ones made from latex and polyutherane, which are most durable and elastic.

Within sexual relationships, women are the carriers of the most natural yet life-changing consequence of sexual intercourse—pregnancy. However, not all women actually want this yet, or at all. Potential parents may want more time to prepare or enjoy each other’s company before becoming full time parents, or to gap their children’s ages properly; some women may not be ready for pregnancy and childbirth due to professional, physical, financial or emotional factors; but on top of this, a woman must have control over this natural ability to bear children, and know about the options she has regarding when she wants them and how many children she wants to bear and rear, if she wants to at all.

Birth Control Methods vary according to purpose, design, material and effectiveness. In order to choose among them, several factors must be considered such as the woman’s health, lifestyle, comfort level, menstrual cycle and flow, frequency of sexual activity, and number of sexual partners.

The following are the most commonly used methods:

Natural Methods

* Abstinence – not having sexual contact at all times

* Calendar Method – not having sex on days when a woman is fertile, approximately five days before ovulation, the day of ovulation, and one or more days after ovulation

* Withdrawal Method – man pulls out his penis from the vagina right before he ejaculates, thus preventing sperms from entry into the uterus

Chemical Methods

* Oral Contraceptives – pills taken orally on a daily basis which prevents the flow of eggs from the ovaries

* Mini Pill – smaller than the regular pill, it thickens the cervical mucus thus preventing the contact between the sperms and the egg.

* Depo Preva – injections of hormones into the body every three months, acts like the pill

* The Patch – skin patch worn on abdomen, buttocks or upper body that releases hormones that work like the pill

* Hormonal Vaginal Contraceptive Ring – a ring inserted into the vagina which releases hormones that work like the pill

* Spermicides – suppository, film, cream, foam, gel, or tablet inserted into the vagina that kills the sperms during sexual intercourse, usually used with other barrier methods

Mechanical Methods

* Male Condom – rubber designed to fit and be worn on the penis which will contain the semen during sexual intercourse, thus preventing it from reaching the egg

* Female Condom – made of polyutherane and lubricant, it is inserted into the vagina which blocks sperms from entry into the uterus

* Intrauterine Device (IUD) – a T-shaped device placed inside the uterus (by a doctor) which blocks the sperms from entry into the fallopian tubes

* Intrauterine System (IUS) – a device similarly designed and administered as the IUD which releases hormones that thicken the cervical mucus thus blocking sperms from entry into the uterus

* Diaphragm, Cervical Cap, and Shield – latex or silicon cap used with spermicides which blocks the entry of sperms into the cervix

* Sponge – a soft, disk-shaped device that a woman wets and inserts into the vagina, and thus covering the cervix and blocking the sperms

Surgical Methods

* Tubal Ligation – a permanent birth control method surgically performed on women by ‘tying’ the fallopian tubes and thus stopping eggs from going down the uterus

* Vasectomy – a permanent birth control methods surgically performed on men which has the effect of keeping sperms from going down the penis

In choosing and using birth control methods, it is important to keep in mind the following facts:

* The effectiveness of any method relies on how properly and correctly it was administered.
* More than one method can be used, and the chosen methods can be replaced according to the varying circumstances that affect the woman’s decision.
* There is no one ‘best’ method that goes for all women.
* Abstinence is the only 100% effective birth control method.
* It is best to consult the doctor when choosing a method.
* Birth control methods aren’t necessarily protection from STDs.

Below are some of the most common sexual issues men experience:

Erectile Dysfunction

What It Is
During sexual activity, men are sometimes unable to have a good and satisfactory erection. In cases where this becomes a constant and persistent occurrence, thus also continually disrupting the activity itself, it is considered an erectile dysfunction.

What Causes It
Physical causes include chronic illnesses such as diabetes; the side effects of substances taken such as drugs or alcohol; having undergone recent surgery in the pelvic area; and spinal cord injury. Psychological causes include emotional stress, anxiety or depression; unresolved sexual orientation; and sexual boredom.

How It Can Be Treated

* Oral drugs
* Injections
* Medicated Urethral System for Erection (MUSE)
* Vacuum pumps
* Hormonal supplements
* Penile implants
* Sex therapy

Premature Ejaculation

What It Is
Premature ejaculation is one of the most frequent sexual problems. The predicament is most often characterized as being a failure to delay ejaculation to a point when it is mutually agreeable for both partners.

What Causes It
Psychological factors include emotional stress and anxiety about sex; conflicts within the relationship; and teenage sexual experiences of having to do it quickly to avoid getting caught.

How It Can Be Treated
Sex therapy aimed at controlling ejaculation; and drugs designed to reduce penile sensation.

Retarded Ejaculation

What It Is
Ejaculation that comes after the intended or preferred moment or time by either or both partners during sexual activity or the inability to ejaculate at all.

What Causes It
Physical factors include old age; the after effects of certain drugs; hormonal imbalance or nerve damage; injury; chronic illness; or surgery. Psychological factors include performance anxiety; self-consciousness; moral issues regarding having sex; and conflicts within the relationship that causes low desire for sex.

How It Can Be Treated
Relaxation exercises, sexual therapy, and designer drugs.

Low Sexual Desire

What It Is
Some men experience a considerable loss of interest and desire to have sex.

What Causes It
Psychological factors include stress and anxiety or depression. However, the causes most commonly lie at the very relationship between the couple, such as one of the partners having higher sexual drive, or the lack of communication between them.

How It Can Be Treated

* Addressing specific issues between the relationship
* Getting professional help for depression
* Developing healthier habits of sleeping and exercise

Among the many suggested treatments for each sexual problem, the basic and most effective response is to first acknowledge the problem, especially since it affects both partners’ sexual needs. Women can especially help their partners by being supportive during medical treatment. Sex therapy also helps women as much as the men, especially when the causes lie within the relationship. It is also most important to help the man by letting him talk about it, not blaming him for having the problem, and assuring him of confidence and acceptance.

There are some health conditions we cannot avoid developing no matter how careful we are with our health for they may be a product of hereditary factors, genetic predisposition, or the inevitable effects of time. However, this does not take away the fact that learning about them and what to expect if they are contracted will help one prevent further complications and illnesses that may occur. The following are conditions which cannot be cured but which can be controlled with proper medication.

Alzheimer’s Disease

To this date, the cause of Alzheimer’s is undetermined. The occurrence of such a brain disorder, however, is closely associated with age, and is characterized by the fall-out of a person’s ability to remember even personal details, to process perceptions and thoughts, and to speak effectively. Persons with the disease must be given proper attention as they will not be able to take care of themselves and as their condition propels towards becoming worse than better, with gradually shorter periods of lucid episodes.

Aging

All people, from the moment of birth, begin to age. Old age, however, present difficulty once attained, both because of susceptibility to health problems but because of a more socially determined discrimination. As the body changes with age, it also develops continually changing needs and requires due attention. People of old age need to be more careful of what they eat, drink and do, and usually need more rest and relaxation.

Allergies

When exposed to certain allergens such as insects, dust, pollen and certain foods or odors, people begin to develop rashes that burn and itch, or pain in different parts of the body. Identifying what causes one’s allergies are most important in dealing with them, as one can simply avoid them specifically or remove oneself from environments in which they are acquired.

* Asthma. This is a chronic disease which results from the blocking of air passages from the lungs to the nose and which is characterized by difficulty in breathing, whether in short attacks or in prolonged episodes. Asthma cannot be cured, but it can be controlled with proper medication and lessened by avoiding what triggers the attacks.
* Cancer. There are a number of cancers that people might develop due to hereditary or genetic factors as well as flawed habits and lifestyles. When cancer develops in a certain part of the body such as the lungs, liver, bones, breasts or cervix, the person’s food and drink intake as well as physical activity must be monitored and regulated. Medication and therapy may be required as treatment, and in most types of cancers, the original state will not be restored but at least stabilized.
* Diabetes. This is a disease which occurs in the pancreas, when the hormone insulin does not function as it should, allowing the body sugar to be diverted and mixed into the blood instead of being used as energy reserves by the body’s cells. Careful monitoring and regulation of activities and food and drink intake must be ensured in order for the sugar level to stay down, and to avoid further complications.
* Heart Disease. Old men with a family history of heart diseases and a previous experience of heart attack are the most susceptible candidates at risk for developing heart diseases. However, just about anyone may have it. Unhealthy practices such as smoking and other conditions such as high blood pressure and cholesterol also contribute to the risk of having it.
* Infertility. This disease resides in the reproductive system, wherein the body is impaired of its natural ability to reproduce. Men may not have the ability to produce healthy sperms or any sperms at all, and women may not be able to produce healthy eggs or at all, as well as carry and/or grow a fertilized egg in her womb. Infertility has many causes, many of them anatomical or physiological, defined by birth.

Sleep is very essential to us as food, air and water are. Many people experience difficulty sleeping at sometime in their lives. Sleeping problems are common experienced by women (especially menopausal), the ill, the elderly, smokers, and alcoholics however anyone can be a victim. Even though it’s not an ailment and it’s no way life-threatening, insomnia can really be very distressing, exhausting, frustrating, and depressing.

Insomnia is characterized by difficulty in initiating and/or maintaining sleep for a reasonable period. This term is used to indicate any and all stages and types of sleep loss. Although it’s not a disorder, it is believed to be a symptom.

The following are the different types of insomnia:

* Sleep Onset Insomnia or Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome is occurs when there is a delay in the major sleep episode in relation to the desired clock time consequently resulting to difficulties in awakening at the desired time.

* Idiopathic Insomnia occurs due to an abnormality of the neurological control of the sleep-wake system. This type of insomnia is a lifelong incapability of getting inadequate sleep, commonly beginning in early childhood.

* Psychophysiological Insomnia occurs mainly because of a resulting somatized tension (anxiety is transformed into physical symptoms) and discovered sleep-preventing association that somehow results into such.

* Childhood Insomnia or Limit-Setting Sleep Disorder is primarily a childhood characterized by the inadequate enforcement of bedtimes that had been made habitual by refusal to go to bed on appropriate times.

* Food Allergy Insomnia occurs as a result of an allergic response to food allergens. This type of insomnia is typically associated with the introduction of a new food or drink.

* Environmental Insomnia or Environmental Sleep Disorder is caused by disturbing environmental factor.

* Transient Insomnia or Adjustment Sleep Disorder is a temporary sleep disturbance related to acute stress, conflict or environmental change resulting to emotional agitation.

* Periodic Insomnia or the Non 24-Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome is a chronic (long-term) steady pattern consisting of 1-2 hour daily delays in sleep onset and wake times.

* Altitude Insomnia is a type of insomnia that is accompanied by headaches, loss of appetite, and fatigue occurring mainly after an ascent to high altitudes.

* Hypnotic-Dependency Insomnia or Hypnotic-Dependent Sleep Disorder is characterized by insomnia or excessive sleepiness associated with tolerance to or withdrawal from hypnotic medications.

* Stimulant-Dependent Sleep Disorder is representative by a reduction of sleepiness or suppression of sleep through central stimulants consequently resulting to alterations in wakefulness following drug abstinence.

* Alcohol-Dependent Insomnia or Alcohol-Dependent Sleep Disorder occurs with the assistance of initiation of sleep onset through the sustained ingestion of alcohol used for its hypnotic effect.

* Toxin-Induced Sleep Disorder occurs because of poisoning with heavy metals or organic toxins and that results to insomnia or excessive sleepiness.

Even with the complexity insomnia, the good news about it is that you can cure yourself however you must be prepared to make some changes in your lifestyle in order to sleep better. Here are some tips on how to prevent or completely halt insomnia:

* Environment – a comfortable bed and a room that’s quiet, warm and dark enough would be best and free yourself with noise.
* Lifestyle – exercise regularly, cut down on stimulants and other anxiety-oriented routines.
* Relaxation – learn a relaxation exercise and free your mind from day-to-day activities.
* Self Confidence – do anything that would increase your self-confidence.
* Food and drink – have a healthy diet and cut-down on rich-food (carbo-rich), caffeine and alcohols.
* Sleeping Pills – try a medication advised by your physician.
* Anger – bottling up anger can influence mind and feelings hence causing you to become disturbed, addressing anger properly and systematically releasing it can help settle down your mind.
* Imagination games – stimulating your mind and visualizing yourself into your bed are one of the effective things to battle insomnia.

Dreams have always been a mystery to us since Adam first breathed life. It has always fascinated mankind and has been the stuff of legends, myths and fairy tales. If we only but listen with a trained ear, we can learn much from it. Although there is nothing psychic about understanding dreams, there is a certain degree of intuition that can be very helpful if coupled with logic and a working knowledge of dreaming.

There are four interrelated meanings of the word “dream” and they follow one from another. If we sew them together we will know what a dream is.

First of all, a “dream” is a type of thinking that occurs when (a) there is a certain, as yet undetermined, minimal level of brain activation, and (b) the external stimuli are being blocked from entry into the mind, and (c) the system we describe the “self-system” (known as the “I,” the “me”) is turned off. Overly complicated as this seems but it is worded this way since we don’t just dream during sleep but also on some occasions in very relaxed waking states while we “drift off” and suddenly realize we have been dreaming.

Secondly, a “dream” is something we “experience” since the thinking is incredibly real and makes use of our senses — especially seeing and hearing; since usually we are the main actor; and that dreams are occasionally very emotional.

Thirdly, a “dream” is what we remember in the morning after sleep hence, it is a ” memory” of the dreaming experience.

Finally, a “dream” can also represent the spoken or written “report” we give to others about that experience; which is also the only way anyone else can ever know about another person’s dreams.

If we are going to sew them all up, it’s basically a report of a memory of a cognitive experience that happens under the kinds of conditions that are most frequently produced in a state called “sleep.” To simplify it, you can just think of dreams as the little dramas our minds make up when the “self” system is not keeping us alert to the world around us.

Because of the fascinating complexity and wonder for “dreams,” many great thinkers have attempted to decipher the meaning of each dream. Among them are the giants of psychology who revolutionized different schools to the analysis of dream.

Freud’s theory claims that dreams carry our hidden desires. According to him, dream is believed to be represented an ongoing wish along with the previous days activities. He believed that every dream is partially motivated by a childhood wish and that nothing is made up during a dream and that they are biologically determined, derived completely from instinctual needs and personal experiences.

Another giant of psychology but which opposes Freud’s theory of dream is Carl Jung. According to him, the most effective method for dream interpretation is the use of series correlation. While Freud didn’t believe interpretation was possible by the dreamer and that it could only be interpreted by a trained psychologist Jung was the one who gave hope to all dreamers who were looking for the meaning in our dreams without having to hire a “professional.” His “series correlation” is a process involving the analysis of dreams over time. Jung categorizes the mind into three parts namely: the collective unconscious, the personal unconscious, and the conscious. The collective unconscious comprises of imbedded deposits of world processes. The personal unconscious is a container or storage mechanism that can’t be contained within the consciousness. This receptacle holds forgotten association, observations, moral questioning, unnoticed experiences, repressed and discarded thoughts, half-thoughts, etc. and finally, the consciousness which develops through sensing, thinking, and intuition.

Other theorists who attempted to decipher the meaning of dreams include Cayce, Evans and Crick and Mitchinson. These theorists focus more on neuropsychological analysis and scientific anatomical observation of every individual.
